This full‑time, in‑office role focuses on building a strong book of business, conducting needs‑based conversations, and closing opportunities.

You will work with both new and existing customers, with licensing support and performance‑based compensation including uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs‑based conversations with prospective and existing customers.
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Build long‑term customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen customer protection.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow‑up, and community involvement.
• Follow up consistently to convert quotes into written business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the agency team to exceed production goals.
