The GEO Group is seeking a Master Social Worker, Licensed, to provide reentry and case management services within a corrections-setting. This role partners with the department of corrections and a multi-vendor treatment model to support participants.

Primary duties include complex case management, discharge planning, assessments, and coordinating referrals to community resources. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited school.
• Licensed LMSW in the state where work is performed.
• Ability to conduct psycho-social assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating discharge planning and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex case management and discharge planning.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans under supervision.
• Assist participants with navigating community resources and benefits.
• Develop and implement reentry and transition plans.
• Liaise with community resources to streamline referrals.
