Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and develop into a funded loan officer with license.
• Generate own leads and convert network relationships into loans.
• Leverage internal systems and AI tools to optimize origination.
• Collaborate with agents and builders to build partnerships.
• Participate in weekly calls to share effective strategies and wins.
