Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a licensed loan officer to originate and guide residential mortgage loans from initial consultation to closing in Michigan.

You will manage company leads, analyze borrower finances, and collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions. Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans including purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance transactions.
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from initial consultation to closing.
• Manage and convert company-provided leads while building long-term client relationships.
• Analyze borrower financial information and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Collect, review, and submit required documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Consistently achieve production and customer service goals.
