This position is open only to candidates who are licensed mortgage loan officers and reside in Indiana, Michigan, Georgia, Missouri, Kansas or Iowa

Job Summary:

OwnEZ Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be licensed and reside in at least in of the following states: Indiana, Michigan, Georgia, Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa. Current mortgage experience and licensing are mandatory. As an MLO, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, offering expert advice on home financing options, and ensuring a smooth and efficient loan approval process. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership through alternative financing solutions. Being bilingual is a requirement, as it enhances our ability to serve a diverse client base effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential homebuyers, real estate agents, and other referral sources.

- Conduct client consultations to assess their financial situation and provide personalized mortgage recommendations.

- Explain different loan products and options available through OwnEZ Inc., focusing on alternative financing solutions.

- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gather necessary documentation for loan processing.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the loan process.

- Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals to facilitate loan approval and closing.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide the best advice to clients.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Active Mortgage Loan Officer license in Indiana, Michigan, Georgia, Missouri or Kansas.

- Reside in one of the above states.

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including alternative financing options.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Bilingual (English – Spanish) abilities are a requirement since we provide service to diverse clients.
