Job summary

BPR Consulting Group is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer (Licensed) to join our team in California. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. You will review and design MEP systems for a variety of building projects, stamp plans, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and agencies.

Applicants should have CA codes knowledge, a PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience as a licensed MEP engineer on building projects.
• California Building/Mech/Elect/Energy Codes knowledge required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan review and analysis for compliance with codes and standards.
• Prepare, review, and stamp engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate MEP design and review with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and agencies.
• Provide technical guidance and code interpretations to clients and staff.
• Prepare clear engineering reports and project documentation.
• Assist with project management including scheduling and budgets.
• Ensure work complies with company policies and quality standards.
