Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist in Cumberland, MD. You will provide individual and group therapy with adults and adolescents, using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches. The role balances direct care (50–65%) with documentation and team collaboration.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and Maryland licensure. A supportive, interdisciplinary environment and pathways for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Licensure: LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C in Maryland.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Lead process, psychoeducational, and skills-based groups focused on emotional regulation and coping.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and peers in interdisciplinary team meetings.
