Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or eligible field required.
• Licensed as LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC in Washington.
• NPI and Professional Liability Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning.
• Documents in a timely manner using the EMR system.
• Ensures compliance with agency policies.
