A behavioral health service provider in Bellingham seeks Independently Licensed Therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, SUDP) for its Skilled Nursing Facility Therapy team. Qualifications

• Washington licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC is required.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier) is needed.
• Professional Liability Insurance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR.
• Compliance with agency policies and procedures.
