Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Current and valid licensure in AZ as LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments for mood disorders.
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT) in practice.
- Educate clients and families about mood disorders and self-care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians for integrated care.
- Stay informed on latest research and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
- Engage in team consultations and professional development.
- Advocate for clients and reduce stigma in the community.
