Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes, initial, diagnostic, and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Develop treatment plan goals with clients and treatment team.
• Supervise QBHPs assigned to caseload and provide crisis intervention.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation in the EHR.
