Job summary

Friendship Community Care in Arkansas seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our clinical team. You will perform mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide behavioral health therapy to FCC clients at multiple sites as needed.

If not independently licensed, supervision is provided; you will work with QBHPs, participate in weekly treatment team meetings, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain detailed EHR documentation to support quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• Eligible for PLMSW/LMSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC license (LCSW or LPC preferred).
• Experience in mental health assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform mental health assessments and develop biopsychosocial treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Supervise QBHPs and coordinate with treatment team.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.
• Discharge planning and follow-up care as needed.
