Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group seeks licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our private-practice–support model in Washington state. You retain clinic autonomy while we handle referrals, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, and compliance to help you grow your practice.

Offices are located across the Greater Seattle Area and surrounding cities. We promote in-person care with modern office spaces, supervision opportunities, and ongoing coaching to help you reach stable caseloads.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Interest in providing consistent in-person care.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Washington to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Lacey, Mountlake Terrace, Southcenter, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.

Our provider-centric model helps licensed therapists build private practices without managing every operational responsibility alone. Since 2011, we have supported clinicians with referrals, marketing, credentialing, billing, scheduling, technology, compliance, and ongoing business guidance.

A central part of our model is expanding access to in-person care. Client demand for face-to-face services is outpasing availability, and clinicians offering in-person appointments are filling their caseloads at more than twice the rate of telehealth-only providers. Our professionally designed office spaces give therapists the infrastructure to respond to that demand, build a strong community presence, and reach practice stability more quickly.

As their practices grow, providers receive continued professional development and business coaching. Qualified licensed therapists may also expand their leadership and income by supervising associate-level clinicians working toward independent licensure.
