Mindful Therapy Group in Washington is helping licensed therapists build a thriving private practice with robust infrastructure and hands-on support. You will own your caseload while benefiting from managed office space, billing, credentialing, scheduling, and compliance services.

Qualified providers can expand with clinical supervision and associate-level therapists, growing income and impact while focusing on delivering high-quality in-person care.

Qualifications

• Active or pending independent clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioural health field.
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy within your scope of practice.
• Commitment to high clinical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Consistent availability and timely documentation.
• Motivation to start and grow your own private practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage own private practice with clinical supervision as offered.
• Provide in-person psychotherapy to clients.
• Meet demand by maintaining office availability and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Mindful Therapy Group on infrastructure and support.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Washington to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Lacey, Mountlake Terrace, Southcenter, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.
