Mindful Therapy Group invites licensed or upcoming associate therapists to join a collaborative practice across the Greater Seattle area and other WA communities. We provide structured supervision, referrals, administrative support, credentialing, and a robust EHR system to help you grow your private practice while you work toward full licensure.

Our in-person care model offers hands-on experience, a supportive provider community, and transparent payouts as you build your caseload.

Formación

• Must have an active or pending associate-level clinical license in good standing.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision, and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice set-up and coaching.
• Drive to build your own private practice while working toward full licensure.
• Required professional liability insurance and business credentials.

Please note: Applicants must reside in Washington to be considered for this position. We have offices located in the Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Lacey, Mountlake Terrace, Southcenter, Spokane, Tacoma, and Vancouver.
