New Mexico residents earn a clinical rate of $58.50/hour and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour, with out-of-state rates ranging from $58.50 to $85.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed in NM as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
• 6+ months of teletherapy experience.
• Proficiency with clinical assessments and evidence-based modalities.

Job description

Compensation: New Mexico residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

Independently Licensed in New Mexico as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

~ 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.

Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.

Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.

Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
