Job summary

The Opportunity

As a member of our clinical team, you will provide individualized outpatient psychotherapy in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with our psychiatric nurse practitioner and administrative team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Exercise professional judgment in developing meaningful therapeutic relationships.

A Manageable Caseload

Our goal is approximately 30 psychotherapy sessions per week, primarily 60-minute appointments, with flexibility for shorter sessions when clinically appropriate.

This approach allows therapists to focus on quality care, thoughtful treatment planning, and meaningful therapeutic relationships rather than high-volume patient encounters.
