We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for a full-time position based in Bloomfield, NJ, with a hybrid work option at TherapyStory.

Position Details:

• Location: Bloomfield, NJ | Hybrid Option
• Compensation: $60-$85 per session, depending on experience and CPT code
• Schedule: Full-time, managing 25-28 sessions per week, with 5 hours for administrative tasks and 5 hours for marketing and practice development

Qualifications:

• Active NJ licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
• Must hold and maintain NJ licensure; NY and PA licensure preferred
• Telehealth experience required, with skills in remote client engagement
• Preferred expertise: EMDR, Perinatal Mental Health, Couples Therapy (EFT), OCD/EXRP
