Role Description

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about making therapy personal, powerful, and flexible. This is a remote full-time position for someone who thrives (yes, pun intended) in a collaborative, digital-first environment. You’ll deliver individual, group, and family therapy via secure virtual platforms, and guide clients through structured programming like IOP and PHP.

Who You Are

• Licensed in Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Skilled in treatment planning, case management, and trauma-informed care.
• You speak the language of CBT, DBT, EMDR—or you’re eager to grow into it.
• Comfortable in the virtual space, but always grounded in the human experience.
• You value flexibility, collaboration, and showing up fully.
