Job summary

ComoCare is a behavioral health provider delivering in-person intensive outpatient therapy to underserved communities. Therapists lead group sessions, build strong therapeutic relationships, and support treatment plans toward lasting recovery.

The role requires 4–5 years of outpatient experience, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Regular travel to Visalia is required; reporting to the Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health clinician with state credentials (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCPC or equivalent).
• 4–5 years delivering behavioral health services in outpatient/community settings.
• Experience facilitating group sessions and one-on-one counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within the IOP model.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care addressing each patient’s needs.
• Guide patients from intake through completion with engagement and retention.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes as part of care plans.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate holistic support.
• Contribute to refining the clinical curriculum and care delivery.
