Job summary

Comprehensive Psychiatry Group, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our behavioral health team in Ohio. We value clinicians who can grow with supervision and contribute to improving access to care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and active professional license in Ohio or be eligible for licensure by time of hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
