Qualifications

• Must hold a current Ohio license or be eligible for licensure by time of hire.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health.

• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy per client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
