Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or MFT.
• Active license or eligibility for licensure by hire date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure billing, documentation, and treatment plan completion.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff to coordinate care.
