Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the Westlake area (Austin, TX) for a full-time, hybrid role. You will diagnose and treat a broad range of mental health conditions, providing psychotherapy and care coordination with an integrated care team.

The position supports flexible scheduling, after-hours urgent coverage, and a commitment to evidence-based care with measurement-based outcomes. Telehealth visits are part of the model.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapist in Texas (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) required.
• Experience performing comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Proficient with electronic health records and EMR systems.
• Understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention when needed.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the spectrum.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Offer psychotherapy and patient education; support care planning.
• Work within a hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and track outcomes.
