Job summary
Geode Health is seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the greater Milwaukee area to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy. You will collaborate with an integrated care team, use an EMR system, and deliver crisis intervention when needed, while building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Qualifications
- Active license (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) in Wisconsin.
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and maintaining up-to-date health records.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
- Desire to work with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
- Over one year of psychotherapy experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
- Set goals and develop personalized treatment plans with patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Move patients along the care continuum with the team.
