Job summary

Think Aksarben seeks a Mental Health Therapist to perform psychiatric and mental health evaluations and to guide non-licensed staff within the team. You will deliver behavioral health services and contribute to individualized treatment planning.

The role involves collaboration with healthcare staff, crisis intervention when required, and ensuring patient privacy and high-quality care. Bachelor-level social work is preferred; MS/PhD options welcomed, with relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work strongly preferred; Master’s in Counseling or related Behavioral Health field considered.
• Licenses include LCSW, LISW, LIMHP, PhD, PsyD.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services, including talk therapy for a broad range of symptoms.
• Perform evaluations and assessments to develop individual treatment plans.
• Collaborate with staff to manage patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
