Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinical mental health therapist or hold a temporary license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC-t, LMFT-t)
• Knowledge of latest treatment modalities and Evidence-Based Models
• Must take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and strong interpersonal and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence
• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients
• Create and update individualized treatment plans according to client needs
• Make recommendations/referrals to specialists as necessary
• Maintain thorough notes of client interactions and confidentiality
• Accept a variety of insurances
• Attend team meetings and clinical consultative meetings
• Work with individuals, couples, families, and groups within your scope of practice
• Collaborate using empirically supported treatment models and outcome measures to enhance outcomes
• Make referrals to in-house or external services (psychological testing, medication management, TMS, Spravato, MAT)
