Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional eligible for licensure in Iowa.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy per client needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing clinical supervision and training.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and document sessions in the EMR platform.
