Core responsibilities include crisis intervention, risk assessments, diagnostic evaluations (using the DSM), short-term stabilization, and discharge planning. This role requires creating thoughtful treatment plans for a diverse population, while working closely with both in-house teams and outside providers—all within the framework of the agency's policies and procedures.
