Healing Wounds Healthcare in Florida seeks a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Therapist with CAP credentials to join our multidisciplinary team.

You will provide evidence-based therapy for adolescents to seniors, coordinate care, and document in TherapyNotes, while meeting regulatory standards. This full-time role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact recovery in outpatient and inpatient settings, with a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Florida credentials: CAP designation or MCAP with active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or intern status.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from CACREP-accredited program.
• Professional liability insurance and active credentials required.
• Proficiency with TherapyNotes or similar EHR platforms.
• Must pass Cleared to Care background check.
• Strong clinical judgment, crisis management, and interpersonal communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and determine treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, family, or group therapy for co-occurring disorders, addiction recovery, and trauma.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and accurate TherapyNotes billing.
• Submit monthly work hours and maintain a minimum caseload of 12 sessions per week.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training while promoting Healing Wounds Healthcare.
