Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. You will provide individual psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and substance use concerns.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care and document assessments and plans according to state regulations. This full-time position offers licensure supervision and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons served.
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours, when needed.
• Deliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each person.
• Maintain complete, timely documentation in accordance with regulations.
