Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required or licensure pursued.
• Licensed or license-eligible professionals preferred.
• Experience with mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments within 24 hours of admission.
• Provide individual and group counseling for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports per standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within 7 days of admission.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Conduct client interviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide crisis intervention and client advocacy when needed.
