Job summary

PanCare of Florida is seeking a Licensed Counselor to lead individual and group therapy sessions, assess mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients. You will collaborate with primary care providers and case managers to ensure comprehensive care while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or MFT and valid Florida licensure.
• Active, unrestricted Florida LMHC or LPC licensure plus BLS.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and culturally competent care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients with mental health needs.
• Assess patient mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients in acute distress.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, case managers and team members for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in HIPAA-compliant EHRs.
