Telecare Corporation is seeking an entry-level management professional to supervise multidisciplinary teams under the Clinical Director/Administrator. The role includes coordinating services, ensuring coverage, and participating in a structured on-call rotation to respond to needs within defined timeframes.

The position requires a Master’s degree with at least one year in mental health settings and supervisory experience or training within six months.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and one year of experience in mental health setting is required.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months of employment.
• Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by State regulatory/licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI).
• Must be CPR and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment; CPI certification also preferred.

• Coordinates service needs and collaborates with other services and agencies.
