MEDIKO is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Provider to deliver mental health services in a correctional healthcare setting at the Richmond City Justice Center. The role emphasizes assessments, therapy, and treatment planning within regulatory standards and collaboration with medical and clinical staff.

Ideal candidates hold current state licensure and 1-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in correctional environments, with CPR/BLS certification and a commitment to high-quality patient

Competenze

• Active CPR/BLS certification required.
• Current state licensure for LMHP or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in correctional settings.

Mansioni

• Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment focus.
• Provide crisis management and short-term therapy as needed.
• Utilize DSM-5 criteria to evaluate interventions.
• Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans and participate in case management.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document treatment progress and changes in care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Provide clinical supervision to Resident LMHPs, as applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
