Job summary

MEDIKO is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Provider to deliver mental health services in a correctional healthcare setting. You will conduct assessments, therapy, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health disorders, ensuring evidence-based care and compliant documentation.

You will collaborate with medical and correctional staff, follow DSM-5 criteria, and maintain strict adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards while providing crisis intervention when needed.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state LMHP licensure to practice in applicable role.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Healthcare preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience; correctional setting preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health services including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation integrity.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and correctional staff for holistic care.
• Provide crisis management and short-term therapy as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility guidelines.
