Job summary

Precision HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional for a treatment center in Sauk Rapids, MN. The role focuses on providing therapy to individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders within a collaborative care team.

You will conduct assessments, teach patients and families about care and prevention, and develop behavioral change plans. The position runs 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and requires Minnesota licensure and at least one year

Qualifications

• Minnesota licensure in LGSW, LICSW, LMFT or LPCC is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with SUD and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Work with primary care team to treat and manage patients with chronic emotional and/or health problems.
• Provide one on one and group therapy for individuals with a mental health diagnosis.
• Coordinate and develop behavioral change plans.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Work with primary care team to treat and manage patients with chronic emotional and/or heath problems efficiently and effectively
• Provide one on one and group therapy specifically designed for individuals with an identifuied mental health diagnosis
• Coordinate and develop specific behavioaral change plans
• Conduct assessments related to mental health and substance use needs
• Teach patients and families about care, prevention and treatment enhancement techniques
• Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Must have a current Minnesota State Licensure as an LGSW LICSW, LMFT,or LPCC
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders preferably in treatment, mentoring, or coaching.
• Criminal Background Check thru DHS is required
