SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide support, counseling, and case management services to clients
• Provide chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist client's recovery
• Coordinate care plans and collaborate with treatment teams and community resources
• Conduct assessments related to mental health and substance use needs
• Maintain clinical documentation.
• Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Must have a current Minnesota State Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders preferably in treatment, mentoring, or coaching.
• Criminal Background Check thru DHS is required
