Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join the Women's Therapeutic Residential Center in Henning, TN. The role focuses on mental health case management and therapy within a correctional setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct intake, assessments, crisis intervention, and develop treatment plans while delivering individual and group therapies. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity in Henning.

Qualifications

• Masters' level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Active mental health professional license (SPE, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Tennessee
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services in a correctional setting.
• Consults with a multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care.
• Includes intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Provides individual and group therapy as part of patient care.
