Centurion seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center, Nashville, TN. The LMHP provides case management, intake and assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning in a correctional setting.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individual and group therapy and ensure comprehensive care. A master’s degree and Tennessee licensure (SPE/LCSW/LMFT/LPC), CPR, and background clearance are required.

Formación

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active Tennessee license (SPE/LCSW/LMFT/LPC).
• TB documentation up-to-date and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years direct care experience with mental illness preferred.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance.
