Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional at the Correctional Industrial Facility in Pendleton, IN. You will perform intake, assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and Indiana licensure (LSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMHC-A). A tuberculosis test and CPR certification are required. Full-time days with comprehensive benefits and a $15,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A) to join our team at Correctional Industrial Facility located in Pendleton, Indiana.

Salary range $56,500-$72,000/year, depending on license and years of experience!

NHSC Loan Repayment of up to $50k available at designated locations!

The Licensed Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

Qualifications:

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LSW, LCSW, LHMC, LMHC-A)
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
