Position

Master’s Level Behavioral Health Counselor – Full‑time, Day shift (Mon‑Fri). Location: Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center, Henning, TN38014.

Overview

The role functions within a multidisciplinary team to address the behavioral health needs of patients in a correctional setting, overseeing case files, intake, discharge, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Manage case files, supervise intake and discharge processes, and oversee treatment plans and patient progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from a CACREP accredited institution.
• At least two years of related professional experience.
• Active CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Preference for experience in a correctional setting.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Compensation

Pay rates from $51,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
