Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a licensed LMHC in Iowa to provide counseling via video. The role offers a remote, full-time schedule with a set Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM format and a competitive annual salary of $115,000–$120,000.

You will conduct scheduled video sessions, complete intakes, and provide short-term or ongoing counseling, while ensuring documentation and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LMHC license.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure counseling experience preferred.
• Comfortable providing care in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a professional home office environment.

Responsibilities

• Seeing clients for scheduled video sessions.
• Completing first visits and gathering relevant background information.
• Providing short-term or ongoing counseling, depending on the case.
• Recording the key details from each appointment.
• Discussing difficult or higher-risk cases when another clinician’s input is needed.

The Job

We’re looking for an Iowa-licensed LMHC to provide counseling by video. You’ll have a set schedule of appointments and work with clients who come in with a variety of personal and mental health concerns. The day is mainly about being present with clients, keeping sessions purposeful, and handling the clinical work that comes with each appointment.
