Qualifications

• Active Florida behavioral health credential or actively pursuing one.
• Ability to provide individual psychotherapy to diverse populations.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other clinicians.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and ethical standards.
