Job summary

Uniq Mind & Wellness LLC in Naples, Florida is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our growing team. We welcome LMHCs, LCSWs, LMFTs as well as RMHCI, RCSWI, and RMFTI interns to provide evidence-based psychotherapy across diverse populations.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain compliant documentation, and have opportunities for flexible scheduling, including possible work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold or be actively pursuing an appropriate Florida behavioral health credential.
• Licensed Clinicians: Current and unrestricted Florida licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Registered Interns: Active Florida registration as an RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI, as applicable.
• Candidates should also demonstrate:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professionalism and reliability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy based on qualifications and experience.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team when appropriate.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards of care.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and applicable Florida professional and licensing regulations.
• Participate in collaborative case discussions and continuity-of-care planning.
