A local mental health provider in Naples seeks an Outpatient Therapist dedicated to enhancing access to quality mental health care. Ideal candidates hold a master's degree and relevant clinical licensure. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans and collaborating with a diverse team to meet client needs. Qualifications

• Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.

Connaissances

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes

Formation

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields

Clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)

Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
