Role Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our telehealth practice. The LMHC will provide individual and couples counseling, utilizing a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based approach.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based therapy for adults and couples

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development

• Uphold ethical and legal standards of practice

• Foster a therapeutic space grounded in empathy, emotional intelligence, and client empowerment

Requirements:

• Must hold an active LMHC license in New York
