Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a teletherapist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and working with populations in need of mental health services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, confidential, and culturally competent therapy to individuals and groups via teletherapy.

• Offer individual and group therapy sessions to clients, including those involved with DCF and survivors of domestic violence.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with mental health trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPC or LCSW license in your state.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including DCF clients and survivors of domestic violence.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology.

• Ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• MacBook Air provided for teletherapy work.

• Full credentialing and billing support.

• Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time options available).
