Job summary

Gifford Health Care seeks a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to support patients with behavioral health, substance use, and social-emotional needs within the Addiction Med practice. The clinician performs psychosocial and cognitive/behavioral assessments, brief intervention, care coordination, and referrals to treatment and community services.

Candidates must hold a master's degree or be licensed in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, and will

Qualifications

• Requires a master's degree or licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Experience in behavioral health and addiction services is preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized action plans and support recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial and cognitive/behavioral assessments.
• Provide brief interventions and counseling to reduce risk behaviors.
• Coordinate care and referrals to treatment and community services.
