MedCadre is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide assessment, counseling, and supportive services for individuals with behavioral and mental health concerns. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with a health team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field and state licensure, with preference for prior behavioral health experience and strong crisis-intervention skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current clinical license or certification as required by the state.
• Previous behavioral health or mental health experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and crisis-intervention skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and identify patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, or group counseling as appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical services accurately.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral health crises and safety concerns.
